Aviation Justice Express tour 2011

West Coast tour wraps up

Over the last week, Dan Glass, John Stewart, and Debi Wagner did a series of Aviation Justice Express events in the US and Canadian Pacific Northwest, with stops in Portland, Bellingham, and Vancouver, rounding out the West Coast tour.

The Portland event was hosted by PSU Students for Unity and Portland Rising Tide. John Stewart and Dan Glass told the story of climate action movements in the British resistance to aviation expansion, via video. The Bellingham event, at Huxley College, featured long-time Seattle airport activist Debi Wagner. Debi then met up with Dan in Canada, where they spoke at several events around Vancouver this weekend, ranging from bookstores to #OccupyVancouver.
